We manufacture high quality products and consistently strive for improved productivity, efficiency, and dependable customer service as guided by our IATF Certifications.
IATF 16949 is the International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems (QMS) defined to help manufacturers meet worldwide automotive customer requirements efficiently and effectively. The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) designed IATF 16949 to be used in conjunction with the general quality controls of ISO 9001 to accommodate automotive-specific standards for safety, quality, and regulations. This certification is a process-oriented QMS that focuses on continuous improvement, defect prevention, supply chain variation, and waste reduction.
IATF 16949 processes and systems are aligned with Boyd’s customer focus and relationship management culture supported by evidence-based decision making. By optimizing processes, organization, and efficiency, we reduce costs, increase yield rates and decrease fabrication times with effective management and assembly processes.
